Yes, A Brecks Away accommodation is available all year.

Check-in from 3pm and check-out is 10am. It’s nice and easy – before your arrival, we’ll send you a unique code for the key safe outside the front door and so you can just let yourself in, and pop the keys there when you leave.

Yes, we provide your towels and bed linen.

Yes, there are freeview televisions  one in the living rooms and one in each of the bedroom.

Yes, we offer free wi-fi in every property. 

We are situated only a few miles north of the city, and it takes less than 10 minutes to drive there.

The Clifton Moor shopping park is just over a mile away, with a selection of shops, eateries, entertainment venues and a supermarket.

Haxby had Wigginton host some lovely shops with local produce.

Yes, there is a bus stop outside the entrance to our site’s main driveway.

We also have numbers for local taxi firms on the notice boards in each cottage. 

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay for a small additional charge. 

Well Cottage is the only property which we DONT allow dogs to stay. 

Please note dogs must be kept on leads while on the site due to livestock and wildlife.

In order to maintain the flora and fauna that we have to work with we looked for sustainable options for water heating at the farm.

installing a ground scourse heat pump was our option as we could utalise the field at the fron of the farm to install our pipes. 

Not for the fain hearted, we laid 120000 meters of pipes 000 underground in the field. 

We have also been off the mains sewerage so we had to install new purpose made sewage treatment tanks which treats all off the rainwater and foul water from the properties.

We are using eco friendly cleaning products, which ensures the treatment plant work at its best. 

We provide you with some basic cleaning products in each cottage. All we ask is that you do not throw these containers away as we refill them. 

Towels and Bath Robes are provided for your comfort - Please place these in the bath if you have used them.
