This single storey property can sleep 4 but has the ability to sleep 6 with the addition of the sofa bed in the lounge.
This property is a lovely size for a family holiday or for friends looking to explore everything that York and the surrounding countryside has to offer.
A spacious fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area means no one is left out of the conversation.
With two luxurious bedroom both of which can be set up as superings or twins at your request.
Boasting generous sized bathrooms, one en suite with rainfall walk in shower and a spacious family bathroom with bath and over the bath shower.
If this wasn't enough to tempt you, there is a lovely outside patio and garden area for you to enjoy those summer nights complete with a charcoal BBQ.

Launched in June 2021, this Cottage offers a peaceful space for families or a small group of friends, with its own private garden overlooking fields and woodland, and parking directly outside the property (with a charging point if you’re electric!).
Couples or families
The living room sofabed offers space if required for two more guests, and there’s plenty of room in the two bedrooms for a travel cot.
A palette of natural, soothing colours and carefully chosen furnishings create an inviting home-from-home.

A modern open-plan layout on the ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with open plan dining and living room areas with doors leading out onto your own patio complete with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue – the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

Our ground-source heat pumps ensure the underfloor heating throughout the cottage keeps you toasty when temperatures drop, and there’s always the option of lighting up the cosy wood-burning stove in the living room and snuggling up on the sofa.
Close to nature
Wildlife fans won’t be disappointed – see if you can spot one of the many birds of prey who are regular visitors, such as barn owl, Tawnay Owl, Kestrel and buzzard.
Ducks and Geese also enjoy a dip in our pond.
An occasional visit form the Fox and Deer can also delight the keen wildlife enthusiast.

For our active guests, we've crafted a dedicated haven – our newly built Bike Shed! Cyclists are welcome to repair, clean, and securely store their bikes, knowing they're in safe hands. Whether you're a seasoned rider or a casual pedaler, you can now explore the scenic countryside with ease, knowing your trusty bicycle is well-taken care of.
But it doesn't stop there – nature enthusiasts will be captivated by the serene beauty of our outdoor spaces. We've thoughtfully placed benches and seating areas around our enchanting pond, inviting you to unwind, take in the tranquility, and listen to the gentle sounds of nature.
