It has a en suite with a walk-in rainfall shower.
The downstairs is cosy and comfortable with places to sit and dine both inside and out. The well equipped kitchen has everything that you need to prepare a sumptuous meal, tasty snack or preparing a BBQ treat!
For those cosy nights in there is also wood burning stove, perfect for curling up with a glass of wine and a film.

Launched in 2020, the beautifully refurbished Well Cottage offers a peaceful escapade for couples of any age, with its own private patio overlooking fields and woodland, and parking directly outside the property (with a charging point if you’re electric!).

A modern open-plan layout on the ground floor features a well-equipped Shaker style kitchen, separate dining area, cloakroom, and French doors leading out onto your own patio complete with garden furniture, fairy lights and a barbecue – the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

Upstairs in Well Cottage, you’re guaranteed a peaceful night’s sleep in the spacious double bedroom, which boasts big windows offering glorious views over farmland.

The stylish ensuite provides a large wet-room shower, toilet and basin, with top quality contemporary fittings. Our ground-source heat pumps ensure the underfloor heating throughout the cottage keeps you toasty when temperatures drop, and there’s always the option of lighting up the cosy wood-burning stove in the living room and snuggling up on the sofa.

Wildlife fans won’t be disappointed – see if you can spot one of the many birds of prey who are regular visitors, such as barn owls, Tawnay Owls, Kestrel and Buzzard, or the deer, foxes, and badgers that inhabit the fields surrounding the cottage.

For our active guests, we've crafted a dedicated haven – our newly built Bike Shed! Cyclists are welcome to repair, clean, and securely store their bikes, knowing they're in safe hands. Whether you're a seasoned rider or a casual pedaler, you can now explore the scenic countryside with ease, knowing your trusty bicycle is well-taken care of.
But it doesn't stop there – nature enthusiasts will be captivated by the serene beauty of our outdoor spaces.
