A peaceful escapade
Launched in 2020, the beautifully refurbished Well Cottage offers a peaceful escapade for couples of any age, with its own private garden overlooking fields and woodland, and parking directly outside the property (with a charging point if you’re electric!).
Couples or families
The living room sofabed offers space if required for two more guests, and there’s plenty of room in the master bedroom for a travel cot. A palette of natural, soothing colours and carefully chosen furnishings create an inviting home-from-home.

A modern open-plan layout on the ground floor features a well-equipped Shaker style kitchen, separate dining area, cloakroom, and French doors leading out onto your own patio complete with garden furniture, fairy lights and a barbecue – the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

Upstairs in Well Cottage, you’re guaranteed a peaceful night’s sleep in the spacious double bedroom, which boasts big windows offering glorious views over farmland.

The stylish ensuite provides a large wet-room shower, toilet and basin, with top quality contemporary fittings. Our ground-source heat pumps ensure the underfloor heating throughout the cottage keeps you toasty when temperatures drop, and there’s always the option of lighting up the cosy wood-burning stove in the living room and snuggling up on the sofa.

Wildlife fans won’t be disappointed – see if you can spot one of the many birds of prey who are regular visitors, such as barn owls, falcons and hawks, or the deer, foxes, and badgers that inhabit the fields surrounding the cottage.

For our active guests, we've crafted a dedicated haven – our newly built Bike Shed! Cyclists are welcome to repair, clean, and securely store their bikes, knowing they're in safe hands. Whether you're a seasoned rider or a casual pedaler, you can now explore the scenic countryside with ease, knowing your trusty bicycle is well-taken care of.
